Environmental penalties in Italy

This article discusses environmental penalties in Italy with a particular focus on their history. Furthermore, it discusses the non-cohesion of penalties, Italian law on environmental crimes, administrative penalties in Italy, assignment of jurisdiction to Italian courts, the statute of limitation in Italy, jurisdiction profiles in Italy and the compensation for environmental damage.
